We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

To Return or Exchange a Watch

You can return or exchange your watch within 30 days of purchase, but it must be in original condition (brand new and unused) with:

• The watch in perfect working order with no defects.

• No scratches or damage.

• No resizing or modifications to the bracelet.

• All tags attached and in their original place.

• Proof of purchase, along with the original box, documents, and packaging.

For Returns

If you are not happy with your watch, no problem! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Just send the watch back in perfect condition within 30 days. You will need to pay for shipping, handling, and packaging costs. Also, if you got free shipping on your order, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund.

For Exchanges

If you don’t like your watch, you can exchange it for another one. However, you will need to pay for the shipping costs both ways. You can choose another watch from our collection, and if the price is different, you will either pay the extra amount or get a refund.

We are not responsible for any shipping problems during returns or exchanges. Also, we do not accept damaged watches for returns or exchanges because we carefully check each watch before sending it. If your watch has a technical issue, please email us first.
