At City Watches United Arab Emirates, we are serious about providing you with high-quality, authentic watches. To make sure you feel confident about your purchase, we offer a strong warranty on all our watches. The warranty details depend on the brand and type of watch you buy. Here’s what you need to know:
Our Warranty
For watches under our own warranty, we provide:

A two-year extended worldwide warranty, or
-
A one or two-year international manufacturer warranty.
This warranty covers any problems with the internal workings of your watch. If your watch has a manufacturing defect, send it back to us. We will repair and return it to you, but you will need to pay for the shipping costs.
Watches with Manufacturer Warranty
If your watch has a manufacturer’s warranty and a local service center cannot repair it, send it to us. We will handle the repairs and send the watch back to you.
Warranty Process
If your watch stops working or has an issue, email us with the details. Based on the problem, we may:

Guide you to an authorized service center, or

Ask you to send the watch to us for repairs.
Once we receive your watch, we will fix it and return it to you in the best condition.
Specific Brands
For top brands like Sevenfriday, Oris, Tag Heuer, and Longines, we provide warranty support, and these watches are already registered with the brand.
Our Brand
We want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why our in-house brand, Ratio Watches, comes with a 60-day return policy. If you don’t like it, just send it back in its original condition within 60 days, and we will refund or exchange it.
What’s Covered?

Internal movement issues (problems with the inside parts of the watch).
What’s Not Covered?

Water or moisture damage.

Scratches or damage to the watch case or glass.

Missing stones or gems.

Damage to the watch strap or bracelet.

Damage to the crown, stem, or external finishes.

Broken clasps or buckles.

Normal wear and tear.

Battery issues.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use—for example, if the watch is dropped, hit, or used beyond its water resistance limits.
Also, if you get your watch serviced by someone other than us, the warranty will no longer be valid. Our service center can detect if the watch has been repaired elsewhere, and you will have to pay for any repairs needed after that.
